Ken is the first, and so far only, British dentist to embark upon the arduous training programme studying with Dr. John Kois at the prestigious Center for Restorative Excellence in Seattle USA. Dr. John Kois is a world-renowned dentist and lecturer and his courses are considered to be amongst the best dental training currently available anywhere in the world. The programme includes 9 trips to Seattle to study every aspects of restorative dentistry at the highest level. Ken is currently halfway through the programme which he is aiming to complete by the Autumn of 2008. Upon completion he becomes eligable to sit for the mentorship examination. This will be a first for the UK!

SAN DIEGO 2006 AMERICAN ACADEMY OF COSMETIC DENTISTRY (AACD)
Ken achieved both a silver and a bronze medal at the prestigious international dental competition. He was one of 18 medal winners, out of a staggering 4000 attendees. The category he was successful in was Best Smile makeover using Porcelain veneers.
Ken has already passed the written component of the AACD examination and is well on his way to gaining full accreditation to the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

CALIFORNIA INSTITUTE FOR ADVANCED DENTAL STUDIES , SAN FRANCISCO, January 2007
Ken has been recruited by the California Center for Advanced Dental Studies to be a UK tutor and Mentor for C.I.A.D.S. " Ken is a great clinician who is likeable, honest and doesn't have a huge ego therefore we feel other Doctors can relate to him and look up to him, and of course we love working with him!" California Center for Advanced Dental Studies are looking to advance the field of cosmetic dentistry here in the UK by offering post graduate training courses for British dentists throughout the country. There will be approximately 25 lectures in the UK in the next 12 months which Ken will be involved with. These courses will include smile design, occlusion, practice management, materials update, restorative options etc.....
